All courses, certifications, nano degrees, downloadable resources, templates, and digital learning materials sold through London School of AI are considered digital products.
Upon successful payment, learners may receive immediate or scheduled access to course materials, downloadable resources, and learning platforms.
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are generally not applicable.
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same course, we will review the transaction and issue a refund for the duplicate payment where appropriate.

All downloadable materials, templates, frameworks, e-books, worksheets, guides, and digital resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If London School of AI offers subscription-based services in the future:
Cancellation may be requested at any time.
Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Partial refunds for unused periods will generally not be provided unless required by law.
